Fourth Grade
The idea behind Winner's Circle...
- This is where the rubber meets the road, where faith is given fuel and action produces results. The winner's circle is a celebration of perserverance. When a child allows Christ to have control, they win everytime.
- The room includes a graphic banner showing 10 year olds "winning" by caring for others, showing compassion, giving of htemselves, sharing what they possess, and just plain reflecting God's love.
- Philippians 3:12 – I have not yet reached my goal, and I am not perfect. But Christ has taken hold of me. So I keep on running and struggling to take hold of the prize. (CEV)
- Mark 10:43-45 - … whoever wants to become great among you must be your servant, and whoever wants to be first must be slave of all. For even the son of man did not come to be served, but to serve, and to give his life as a ransom for many.
